I love this bra but I would recommend sizing down. I’m a size large in all other Salt Project bras and tanks and wish I would have ordered a medium. The twist band is not as compressive as their other bras and it got pretty gappy under my boobs around the band as I was lifting weights.

The back, the straps, the sewn in cups? 10/10! I buy all the sewn in bra options SP offers, and love them all! I’m a true medium in all SP, and do find the band on this to be a little gappy, but the fit within the top is great.

Okay I’ve worked out almost my whole life and I’ve tried SO MANY brands and workout sets and this is by FAR my favorite!!! Not only is the back extremely cute (got tons of compliments) but I was very surprised on how supportive it is (and this is coming from a girly with large breasts). I do a lot of running and intense HIIT workouts and it kept everything in place and comfortable throughout. Please please make more “High Energy” sets!!
