Shipping policy
Orders are fulfilled typically within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, fulfillment may take up to 5 business days to ship your order out. We recommend that you expect 3 business days for fulfillment, plus adequate time for shipping through the selected carrier speed. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any questions, please contact us!
We are a small family-run company and do not ship on weekends and holidays, which may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
USPS is unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for any order. Only UPS options are able to guarantee delivery (domestic only).
Pre-order sales for any merchandise do not have a guaranteed shipment date unless provided in the product description. Any given estimated shipping dates are subject to change.
Please note that we do not provide delivery instructions for orders.
Salt Project cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
Please be aware, if you chose USPS First Class International, in the event of your package being lost or damaged, you will not be able to file a claim for monetary compensation. If you are concerned about potentially needing to file a claim, you will need to upgrade at time of checkout to USPS Priority Mail International.
