Return/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please use our return portal. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to exchange is to use our return portal.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return/exchange was approved or not.

Salt Project offers returns for store credit within 30 days of the order's original ship date. Your store credit will be in the form of an E-gift card which will be available within 3 to 5 days after we receive and process the return. The store credit will be issued for the cost of the item excluding any shipping or handling costs. Customer must pay for the return shipping. Returns must meet the following return criteria:

  1. Items cannot be worn and/or must be in new and unused condition.
  2. Items must not be washed.
  3. Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
  4. Items must be free of odors and stains. 

Each E-gift card will expire one (1) year after the original issue date. 

Damaged & Defective Items: 

If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team at help@shopsaltproject.com within 72 hours of receiving your product. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.  

Lost or stolen goods:

Salt Project cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
