Fit: True to size. If you have purchased our energy leggings, the waistband on these is a little more relaxed & a little less compressive which is why we named them the flow leggings. We recommend your true size for the best fit. If in between- size up if you want a more relaxed fit and size down if you are planning to do intense workouts in them. Overall I recommend your true size in these leggings though.
