Fit: True to size. If between sizes size UP. Some say the waistband fits a little more snug. Which is a good thing for workouts, it will not fall, but if you’re not planning to workout- size up if you desire a more comfortable fit.

Frist of all, SP truly has the CUTEST sets! This one included. The color is gorgeous and should be a closet staple. If you wear workout clothes to run errands and get after your day, these are everything. The fabric is so soft, holds you in and does not budge. I ignored the size charts and sized up and am SO glad I did, because these leggings are very tight. I wore them to play pickleball- running, jumping, diving all over the court and these stayed in place. Just be sure to size up! Now the cons- I live in Texas, and its hot 9 months of the year. This fabric is not breathable, or moisture-wicking. These leggings are just not what I will be choosing for insense exercise. These are great for low impact, indoor excercise or a cooler location. When I buy workout clothes I prefer material that is breathable and moisture-wicking, hoping for more of that in coming drops.
The brushed fabric is to die for! Smoothing and totally holds you in. I do recommend sizing up, I ordered my normal size small and they are so compressive that it is borderline uncomfortable. Great for HIT workouts but not so much for lounging around the house. Definitely size up! I will be ordering more in future colors.
This fabric is my favorite! It’s buttery soft but still fits snug for a high impact workout. This is similar to my other high end fabric from another store but I like these better because they stay put and dont fall! Would recommend sizing up if in between sizes! I will be ordering more when they are back in stock!
Love the fabric of these new leggings, by far my favorite and will definitely be ordering again. They are very comprehensive and flattering at the same time. I see other reviews about sizing and my experience is that while they are compressive and tighter, I would still order my size M leggings again. I just did a high intensity hour long class in these and they did not roll or move once and I felt great in them!
All of Salt Project leggings are SO good but THESE are CHEF’S KISS! Literally the BEST leggings I’ve ever put on. I need them in every color please! Ordering more.
